Lease Terms
The Landlord welcomes discussion but the preferred tenure would be 3 / 5 years. If the Tenancy is to be held by a company then a Guarantor will be required. The building is insured by the Landlord and the Tenant is invoiced annually the premium for payment. The rates are also the responsibility of the Tenant.
NOTE The Landlord offers an option to lease either 1 unit or multiple units to any single Tenant also subject to further discussion the possibility of connecting the units internally making either three units into one or two units into one.
